A) Cars: Minimum age is 21 years for small cars and 25 years for large cars. Μaximum age is 75 years. The driver must have a driving licence for at least two years for small cars and 3 years for big cars.
B) Motorcycles and scooters: Minimum age is 18 years for small scooters 23 years for big motorcycles. Μaximum age is 75 years. The driver should have a driving licence for at least one year for scooters and 3 years for motorcycles.
C) Quad / ATV: Minimum age is 23 years. Μaximum age is 75 years. The driver must have a car driver licence for at least three years.
Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes. The payment can be done also with cash but we need a credit card for the guarantee.
A) Cars: For renting a car a category B licence is required, which has been issued in a European country. Drivers from a country outside Europe – such as Australia or the USA – need an international driving licence.
B) Motorcycles and scooters: The driver must be holder of a valid driver’s licence or international driver’s licence for the respective motorcycle category.
C) Quad / ATV: For renting a quad / ATV a category B licence (for car) is required, which has been issued in a European country. Drivers from a country outside Europe – such as Australia or the USA – need an international driving licence.
Reservations are made by category and not by model. If you prefer a certain model please note it on the reservation form. We will try to reserve the preferred model if possible.
You can make a reservation by phone, using the booking request form or by sending us email. An advanced payment is required to confirm the reservation. Our company supports all payment methods.
You can modify or cancel your reservation by phone or by sending a message to info@royalroadrentals.gr or contact us by phone at +302643081255. Please note that changing the dates or the type of car may affect the rental price. There is no charge for canceling or modifying the reservation, provided you inform us at least 30 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Minimum rental period is one day. The vehicle must be returned at the time you arrange with Royal Road Rental. Delays are charged with one third of the daily rate per hour. Delays of three hours or more are charged as a full rental day. Extensions of the rental must be agreed 24 hours before the contract expires
The driver is responsible for all traffic and parking fines. Our staff will tell you where you can pay the penalty. Unpaid fines will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was received. No refunds are given for any unused fuel remaining in the tank.
Baby seats and booster seats are provided for free (up to 2 per vechicle).
The first additional driver is free of charge. Each additional driver is charged with 5 € per day.
